Custom Order Guide

At Anneprom, every dress can be made to your exact measurements — at no extra cost. Here's everything you need to know to place a custom order and get a gown that fits you perfectly.

Step 1: Choose Your Style

Browse our collections and find the dress you love. All styles are available for custom sizing. Take note of the style name or product link so you can reference it when ordering.

Step 2: Take Your Measurements

Accurate measurements are the key to a perfect fit. You'll need:

  • Bust — measure around the fullest part of your chest
  • Waist — measure around your natural waistline
  • Hips — measure around the fullest part of your hips
  • Height — measure from the top of your head to the floor (barefoot)
  • Hollow to Floor — measure from the hollow of your neck to the floor (for floor-length gowns)

Step 3: Select Your Color

Most styles are available in a wide range of colors. Browse our Color Chart to find your perfect shade. You can also leave a note at checkout with your preferred color if it differs from the product listing.

Step 4: Place Your Order

Add the dress to your cart and proceed to checkout. In the order notes field, enter your custom measurements and any special requests (e.g., color, strap adjustments, length preferences). Our team will review your order and reach out if we have any questions.

Step 5: Production & Shipping

Once your order is confirmed, our skilled dressmakers begin crafting your gown. Here's what to expect:

  • Production time: 10–15 business days
  • Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited shipping: available at checkout for faster delivery

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your dress ships.

Tips for a Perfect Custom Order

  • Have someone else take your measurements for the most accurate results
  • Measure in your undergarments or the bra you plan to wear with the dress
  • Order at least 4–6 weeks before your event to allow time for production and shipping
  • Double-check your measurements before submitting — custom orders cannot be refunded
