At Anneprom, we partner with premier international express couriers to deliver handcrafted gowns safely to your doorstep, anywhere in the world.

How Delivery Works

Total Delivery Time = Tailoring Processing Time + Express Transit Time

Every Anneprom dress is made-to-order by skilled dressmakers. Handcrafted detailing and custom sizing require dedicated tailoring time before dispatch.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Standard Shipping

$28 USD

Our most economical option for orders placed with plenty of time before the event date.

Tailoring Time: 10–15 business days
Shipping Transit: 5–10 business days
Total Arrival: 15–25 calendar days after payment

Ideal for regular planning (4+ weeks out)

Rush Order Express

$45 USD

Prioritized atelier scheduling and the fastest priority express courier dispatch.

Tailoring Time: 7–10 business days (priority queue)
Shipping Transit: 3–5 business days
Total Arrival: 10–15 calendar days after payment

Important Shipping & Address Guidelines

Physical Address Recommended

Express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. We strongly advise using a physical street address to prevent delivery delays or lost parcels.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

Military addresses cannot be reached via standard commercial express. Orders to APO/FPO locations are dispatched via EMS postal service and take approximately 15 to 30 days to arrive.

Brazil Customers (CPF Number)

Brazilian customs regulations require an 11-digit Taxpayer ID (CPF). Please provide your CPF number in the order notes at checkout to ensure swift customs clearance.

Order Tracking & Event Deadlines

Automated Tracking: As soon as your gown is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with the courier name, tracking number, and live tracking link.
Share Your Event Date: Always indicate your prom, wedding, or celebration date in the order notes so our team can verify that your chosen shipping method accommodates your timeline.
Complex Styles: Gowns with elaborate hand-beading, intricate lace applique, or structural corsetry may require 2–3 additional tailoring days.
